Fees
Kiana Lodge rental fees for corporate events vary depending on your party size and length of stay. We will tentatively reserve your date and time. We will also work with you to choose a menu and coordinate details for the event. Please note that your date will not be confirmed until we receive your deposit. If your event is canceled after a paid deposit, we will refund the deposit if the date is rebooked by another event. Unless requested otherwise, final payment is sent after the event and due within 10 days.

While all events held at Kiana Lodge are exempt from Washington State Sales Tax, beginning Jan 1, 2007, all lodge facilities and meeting room rentals will be assessed with a 7.5% tribal hotel and occupancy tax.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards and certified checks.

Hours
Kiana Lodge hours are: Sunday-Friday 8:00am - 10:00pm; Saturday 8:00am - Midnight.

Music
Amplified music is restricted to the Main Lodge. The only musical instruments that can be played in the Garden Atrium or outside are acoustic piano, flute, harp, violin and guitar. All styles of instruments played in the Garden Atrium or outside are also limited to a trio of musicians or less.

Miscellaneous Additional Charges
Additional fees are required for items including linen tablecloths, napkins, fires, floral centerpieces, Espresso Bar and Seattle's Best Coffee or Tea Service. There are also fees for additional hours at Kiana Lodge.

Retreats and Equipment
Upon request, we can send suggested menus and discuss any budget concerns. We can also make arrangements for local rental of audio and visual equipment, microphones, easels or other equipment that you may need for the day. There is also a minimum number of 25 guests during the spring and summer season.
