Lodge rental includes exclusive use of the Garden Atrium, Main Lodge, spectacular grounds and our deep water dock. Additionally, all china, silverware, glassware, tables and chairs are included to create the perfect setting. We also schedule a planning session where we will walk you through every detail of your special day from menu selections to the ceremony.

Policies
The Lodge rental fee is the deposit required to secure a specific date and time. We have a food and beverage minimum of $50.00 per person for evening events and $35.00 for afternoon times. All catering at Kiana Lodge is in house. All food and beverage charges are subject to a 20% service fee. Plate service dining is subject to an additional 2% service charge and fees for added wait staff. Kiana is Exempt from Washington State Sales Tax. A signed contract will be required. Prepayment of all charges is due no later than 10 days prior to your Wedding Day. The payment is based on your final guest count, which is due 14 days prior to your scheduled event. We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit cards and certified checks. Kiana Lodge is regulated by the Suquamish Tribe, confining amplified music to the Main Lodge. Music played on the Lawn or in the Garden Atrium must be acoustic in nature.

While all events held at Kiana Lodge are exempt from Washington State Sales Tax, beginning Jan 1, 2007, all lodge facilities and meeting room rentals will be assessed with a 7.5% tribal hotel and occupancy tax.
