The Lodge rental fee is the deposit required to secure a specific date & time. Lodge rental includes: use of the Garden Atrium, Main Lodge, grounds and deep-water dock; all china, silverware, glassware, tables & chairs

Policies
There is a food & beverage minimum of $60 per person for evening events and $40 for afternoons. Catering is in-house only.
Buffet-style dining is subject to a 20% service charge.
Plate service dining is subject to a 22% service charge plus wait staff fees.
Kiana is exempt from Washington state sales tax. There is, however, a Tribal occupancy tax of 7.5% on the Lodge Rental Fee and additional time charges.
A signed contract is required with lodge rental to secure date and time slot.
Pre-payment of all charges is due no later than 10 days prior to your Wedding Day. This fee is based on your final guest count, which is due 14 days prior.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and certified checks.
We are regulated by a Kitsap County ordinance confining amplified music to the Main Lodge. Music played on the Lawn or in the Garden Atrium must be acoustic.
