We will pair four amazing courses with wines from around the world to create the ultimate dinner experience!


Dinner and pairings include:

1st Course Wine:  2015 Ouro Verde Vinho Verde, Caves de Cerca (Amarante, Portugal)

Salad: Butter lettuce, braised artichoke hearts, pickled ramps & English peas with citrus vinaigrette       dressing


2nd Course Wine:  2014 Viognier, Oak Grove Wines (Arroyo Seco, California)

Soup:  Spring vegetable soup with fava beans, fiddlehead ferns, asparagus, turnip, cabbage & new potatoes


3rd Course wine:  2014 Huntsman Cabernet Sauvignon,  Ross Andrew Winery (Walla Walla, WA)

Entrée: Teres major steak served with marinated prawns, mushroom conserva & stinging nettle chimichurri


4th Course: 2011 Loupiac, Chateau Loupiac Gaudiet (Bordeaux, France)

Dessert: Meyer lemon tart


$50 per person + tax, includes gratuity

Bar Opens: 5pm ∙ Dinner Starts: 6pm
