Founded by Mike Hale in 1983, Hale's Ales is the Northwest's 3rd oldest and longest running independently owned brewery in the Northwest. Hale's built its long standing reputation by brewing small batch, full flavored ales using traditional English brewing methods. An innovator from the start, Hale's was the first craft brewery to introduce Seasonal, Cask Conditioned and Nitrogen Conditioned ales to the region. Hale's goal is to stay true to what the craft brewing "revolution" is all about: crafting fresh, locally brewed ales of the very finest quality.

Silver City Brewery (Bremerton, WA)

Silver City was started in 1996 by Co-owners Steve & Scott Houmes, and it remains a locally owned and operated business. Slaughter County Brewing Company (Port Orchard, WA)

Family owned and operated, small-batch, craft microbrewery and brewpub, Slaughter County Brewing is located on the shoreline of Sinclair Inlet in downtown Port Orchard, WA. As South Kitsap's first and only commercial brewery in over 70 years, their goal is to provide the highest quality, gimmick-free, and most drinkable beers available, and for those that visit, to also provide a relaxing and fun spot to enjoy great craft beers.

7 Seas Brewing Company (Gig Harbor, WA)

Launched in 2009 by Puget Sound natives, Travis Guterson and Mike Runion, 7 Seas Brewing Co. established shop near downtown beautiful Gig Harbor in a 1,500 sq. ft. building formerly used as a racquetball court. Today, 7 Seas operates two breweries and taprooms open every day in Gig Harbor and Tacoma and distributes their beer throughout all of Washington.

Cash Brewing Company (Silverdale, WA)

Opened in 2015, Cash Brewing is a full service restaurant and brewery located in the Old Towne District of Silverdale right across from the waterfront park. With a variety of beers on tap and a laid-back atmosphere, there is something for everyone.

Along with a pub and lounge, they feature some of the best draft beers and fabulous food in Kitsap County. The Copper Blokk Lounge proudly presents fresh press cocktails for those 21 or older and includes pool, shuffle board, and darts.

Bushel & Barrel Ciderhouse (Poulsbo, WA)

As Kitsap County’s first established Cidery, Bushel & Barrel has a vision that extends beyond the craft cider they produce. The mantra is “Micro Cidery... Macro Cause.” They strongly believe that do not want to be just a business that just merely exists, but a vessel to provide community development and an avenue to help local citizens in need.

Finnriver Cidery (Chimacum, WA)

Finnriver is an organic farm & orchard and award-wining artisan cidery in the Chimacum Valley on Washington's Olympic Peninsula. They grow certified organic fruit, vegetables and grains, and handcraft a bounty of award-winning artisan cider and fruit wines.
