We will pair four amazing courses with wines from around the world to create the ultimate dinner experience!

 

MENU

1st Course Wine:  Ginkgo Forest Rose' of Sangiovese
A light summer wine perfect for the patio. Complex and yet soft rounded nose with floral notes

Food Pairing: Goat cheese & herb stuffed radicchio leaves

2nd Course Wine:  Ginkgo Botanicals (white blend)
Wonderful floral notes on the nose bringing your senses to a cleaver zing of spices and pleasing acidity. Clean stone fruit and honeydew melon flow into a ripe pineapple experience

Food Pairing: Conchiglie With Clams & Mussels

3rd Course Wine:  Barbera
Big and bold, packed full of berry flavors – blackberry, blueberry, and huckleberry with overtones of black licorice. Stands up to hearty food, especially grilled & roasted meats

Food Pairing: Osso Buco

4th Course Wine: Blueberry Infusion (port style)
Enticing notes of candied plums and raspberries on the nose. Hints of blueberries weaving in the background. Flavors of red liquorish and blueberry permeate the senses with acidity and sweetness in a harmony of balance and elegance. Lingering notes of berry fruits keep your mouth happy and teeth dancing with joy

Food Pairing:  Seasonal summer fruit poached in red wine with mascarpone cream

 

$50 per person + tax, includes gratuity
