We will pair four amazing food courses featuring wines from Foxy Roxy Winery in the Columbia Valley to create the ultimate dinner experience!



1st Course Wine:  2014 Viognier
Fresh on the nose with hints of peach, melon and a light touch of honey on the palate.  This Viognier is a rich and full-bodied wine with a delicate sweetness, which relates a long smooth finish.

Salad: Peppery arugula salad, marinated shaved fennel, crumbled blue cheese with apricot vinaigrette dressing

2nd Course Wine:  2016 Rose' of Syrah
Fresh berries with hints of sweetness on the nose. A crisp refreshing finish

Appetizer: Grilled lamb chops, creamy polenta with a red & gold beet reduction


3rd Course Wine:  2013 Vixen Red Blend (Merlot, Petite Verdot, Malbec)
Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Carmenere which creates a malevolent side to the wine.  The wine is dark, full-bodied and well balanced for a long, smooth finish.

Entrée: Prosciutto wrapped chicken breast, fresh green beans, sautéed mushrooms & smashed potato cakes


4th Course: 2013 Port Style Cabernet Franc
A wonderful finish to any occasion. Broad, round mouth feel, dense flavors of toasty nuts and vanilla with the essence of chocolate and raspberries. A long and lasting end to the wine.

Dessert:  Strawberry rhubarb tart


$50 per person + tax, includes gratuity
