Join us for an amazing feast where we will have a cocktail hour plus pair four courses with wines from the Pacific Northwest to create an unforgettable dinner experience!

Food Pairing: Agate Pearl Oysters on the Half Shell
             Served two ways: chilled with 3 pepper mignonette
             & baked with smoked tomato butter

1st Course- Salad

             (Columbia Valley, Washington)
Food Pairing: Duck Confit Salad with arugula, dried berries, 
             Roquefort cheese, toasted hazelnuts, &               
             sour cherry vinaigrette
2nd Course  Entrée

Wine:      Saviah Cellars 2015 The Jack Chardonnay
             (Columbia Valley, Washington)
Food Pairing: Sablefish wrapped in cedar paper served with
             stinging nettle gnocchi & brown butter                           

3rd Course  Entrée

Wine:      Basel Cellars 2012 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
             (Columbia Valley, Washington)
Food Pairing: Herb Roasted Tri-Tip served with wild mushroom
             risotto & perigueux sauce

4th Course  Dessert

Food Pairing: Rhubarb Slump with mascarpone topping & balsamic-
             scented whipped cream
